1. Who we are & what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of malviygroup.com and the back-office services provided by Malviy Group, a division of JP Field Services LLC ("Malviy Group", "we"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide back-office support to property preservation contractors: work order processing inside national preservation portals, assigning and coordination, field crew and client coordination, accounting, and website development — as described on our Services and Pricing pages or in a written agreement with you.

Service levels (such as our 12–24 hour submission turnaround) assume timely receipt of complete field photos, completions, and portal access from the client.

3. Client responsibilities & authorization

You confirm you are authorized to grant us access to the portals, tools, and accounts you provide (e.g., national preservation portals, Pruvan, PPW, Hayvee, CompanyCam), and that our acting on your behalf within them does not violate your agreements with those platforms or your clients.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information your field crews submit and for final business decisions — including which bids to submit and which work to accept.

4. Fees & payment

Current pricing is published on our Pricing page or agreed in writing. Per-order fees are billed for orders processed; monthly services are billed monthly. Invoices are payable on receipt unless agreed otherwise. We may suspend services for accounts with overdue balances after notice.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential — including portal credentials, client lists, pricing, and operational data — and use it only to perform under these terms. Credentials are accessible only to authorized Malviy Group team members and are updated or revoked at your request.

6. AI & automated communications

June is our AI assistant. With your consent, communications from us — including calls, texts, and emails from (307) 370-7078 and june@malviygroup.com — may be AI-generated or automated. You will always be told when you are communicating with AI; a human reviews every business arrangement. You may opt out of automated texts at any time by replying STOP. 7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not a party to your contracts with national preservation companies or your clients, and we do not guarantee portal outcomes such as bid approvals, scores, or payment timelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Term & termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. On termination we hand back or delete your data and credentials per your instruction, and you pay for services performed through the end date.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of registration of JP Field Services LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date below.
