Who we are

Malviy Group, a division of JP Field Services LLC ("we", "us"), provides back-office services to property preservation contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through malviygroup.com and our services, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Inquiries & leads — when you contact us through our website forms or chat, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone number, and your message, along with the date and time of your consent to be contacted.

Client service data — when you become a client, we handle operational data needed to deliver services: work orders, field photos, bids, invoices, crew contact details and coverage areas, and portal login credentials you authorize us to use on your behalf.

Usage data — basic technical information about visits to our website (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type) used to improve the site.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and provide quotes; to deliver contracted services (processing work orders, assigning, coordination, accounting); to send service updates; and to improve our website and offering.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, communications), or where required by law.

AI & automated communications (TCPA)

If you submit your details with consent, you agree that we may contact you at the number and email you provided — including calls, text messages, and emails that are AI-assisted or automated, from (307) 370-7078 and june@malviygroup.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. You will always be told when you are communicating with AI, and a human reviews every business arrangement before it is finalized.

We keep a record of when and how consent was given, and honor opt-outs promptly.

Client credentials & confidentiality

Portal credentials that clients authorize us to use are treated as confidential, accessible only to authorized team members, used solely to perform contracted work on the client's behalf, and updated or revoked at the client's request.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging — to protect information. We retain lead and client data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.

Your rights & contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@malviygroup.com. We respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date below.
